1885 : Company created by Auguste Magot. Hand-forged nails, harnessing rings, saddlery and harnesses.

1913 : Construction of a larger workshop to install a drop hammer.

1930 : Development of mass production of fittings and hooks for horse collars and agricultural harnesses.

1950 : The company turned to the manufacture of fittings for the S.N.C.F. (French Railway Company) and supplies for public works projects.

1970 : Expansion of buildings and modernisation of equipment.

1975 : The company creates its own special nut and bolt manufacturing facility, specialising in round threads.

1995 : Enlargement of our product range and construction of a new storage building.

2002 : Mise en service d’une ligne de cisaillage automatisée.

2004 : Installation de deux postes de chauffage par induction pour la fabrication de nos pièces forgées.

2007 : Mise en place de tours à commandes numériques 3 axes.
